Offline School

07 Mar, 2022

As we know, because of Corona, the classes this year have been fluctuating from online to offline continuously. Since the cases were constantly increasing and decreasing. As this happened, many of us noticed that offline classes were more effective and fun compared to online classes.

To continue, online classes do have their own advantages such as: connecting from home, sleeping in for more time, getting more breaks, spending more time with family etc.. However, the biggest concern is that we miss interactions with teachers, classmates and friends. Having no interaction can cause loneliness, stress ect..  In the passage “why is being social good for  you” It states” As humans, social interaction is essential to every aspect of our health. Research shows that having a strong network of support or strong community bonds fosters both emotional and physical health and is an important component of adult life.” This shows that interaction with people is really important.

To continue, offline classes are more effective than online classes. In online classes, teachers  can just teach you and assign you work. However, the teacher doesn't observe in which areas you need help, in which areas you are doing good, if you are having trouble how can they help you ect… Also, if there are online classes you can’t do any practicals. Some concepts can only be understood by practical learning. Such as subjects like computers, lab activities in science etc.. As theory of that subject is important, practicals are also important to help students understand the concept better.

Many people think that online classes are better than offline classes. However, it is not true. In online classes, we don’t have any memories to share about. Except what the teacher thought and what you studied. Our parents have many memories to share about their school and college days. If the classes continue to change from offline to online, we wouldn’t have any memories to share about our school days. Such as our friends, what we played in  the ground etc…(Definitely if the situation gets bad we have to change it to online)

In conclusion, offline classes are better than online classes in many ways. It helps us interact with people more, they are more effective and we can learn the concept better, and we can have good memories of our school and college days.
